"I wish it was possible to give this facility more than 5 stars. They are phenomenal!
My spouse is in the United States Air Force.
We found out that we were being relocated to the UK and were told that our dog needed multiple vaccinations/ exams in order to come with us.
I called and spoke with Rhonda and Becky, both client coordinators and with the most amazing customer service skills, they guided me to Tori, the practice manager, who was also completely amazing and very friendly!
Preparing a pet for international travel was new to them and they wanted to make sure they gave me the correct information so they offered to call me back the next day after they did some research.
(Within a day I was called back and had an appointment scheduled.)
With COVID taking the spotlight around the world, I wasn’t able to go inside the facility, but Dr. Green actually came outside and greeted me at my vehicle!
She spoke to me in the kindest way possible, explained in detail exactly what needed to be done with my dog and when it needed to be done.
This was a lengthy process so I had more than one appointment. (Becky or Rhonda would call to remind me of my appointments and would also ask if I had any new questions.)
During my last appointment, a document had to be signed by someone in Springfield and would then be mailed back.
Dr. Green herself DROVE TO SPRINGFIELD AND BACK to personally hand delivered the document to me.
If that isn’t amazing customer service then I don’t know what is!!
Overall, I can’t not say enough about this animal hospital.
